Responsibilities:
•Assisting with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews
•Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes
•Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems
•Assisting with employee relations and providing support for HR initiatives
•Coordinating employee training and development programs
•Assisting with the administration of employee benefits and payroll processes
•Supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•Familiarity with HRIS systems and other HR-related software
Preferred skills:
•Previous internship or work experience in a HR or related field
•Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
•Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across departments
